God this looks so terrible from a distance, I think. Pense and Peipa look like they herped so hard they derped. Up close is better, I think.
Aqua-haired kid is Pense. He was Peipa's friend at her old school. He comes to visit her every weekend and they spend some time together, which is how Celeria meets him. Pense may or may not have a crush on Celeria, although I don't see why he would, considering Peipa's the cuter and more friendly of the two and he's known her longer, so I think I won't do that. Then again, stranger things have happened. Like how in the World Tournament on Raging Blast LSS Broly lost to Guldo. Broly's power is rising/overflowing, and Guldo's power is 100, in comparison to the others who had millions at the time.
I wish I knew what the hell went on there, but I digress.

I like the shape of Peipa's scarf, but the way I shaded it sort of makes it look tooled to me, and I hate that. But I didn't. Although saying that won't make it look any better /tears it apart
In retrospect, I like the outfits. Celeria's looks too light, though. Not that anyone else's looks particularly heavy because I'm inept at drawing fabrics with weight. Only cotton. I guess Celeria can be like that because she's more tolerant of the cold sense she lives in the mountains. And she's wearing a longsleeved turtleneck underneath that jacket. It sort of works. Sort of.
I like the fur part of her jacket. It's not real fur. Just in case I have any PETA-friends watching me, which I doubt. Faux fur is warm and toasty. And looks
tacky.
But it seemed to work at the time.
It doesn't winter in South Carolina, as I'm sure you know. If not, well, I've mentioned it around this time last year(...or was it two years ago? I think it was last year...yeah, last year, because it snowed this year in February). We wear flip flops. It also doesn't snow. (It doesn't snow in 2/3s of the world. I thought that was interesting.) So outside of hoodies and long-sleeved shirts, I don't know what one wears if it's actually colder than 30°F outside. I actually had to google "winter clothes" to get some ideas, which is how I got Celeria's outfit idea. Peipa's I stole from the Broly and Goku picture I drew last year except I made her scarf red. With green stripes. Which looks horrible, I think.
Jesus, am I rambling or what? I'll stop now.
